2. Stock and Pricing Discrepancies
While we strive to display real-time medicine stock levels and inventory quantities, a batch limitation or stock level change may occasionally alter availability. If a chosen medicine becomes unavailable after an order is generated, our pharmacy support team will contact you to discuss alternative choices or initiate a partial payment settlement.
3. Automated Operational Notifications
By registering your mobile contact configuration and email address on our system, you provide explicit transaction-specific consent to receive operational data:
- WhatsApp Delivery: Direct dispatch logs, billing parameters, and approval checks broadcast via the WABA enterprise platform.

4. Payment Protocols & Cancellations
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Payments must be rendered in full upon arrival of the medical dispatch parcel at your designated shipping location.
